THE DEAL
All our products are made-to-order by Printful. This means we print each item specifically for you. Because of this, we can't accept returns for "I changed my mind" - but we've got your back if something goes wrong.
WE'LL FIX IT IF...
- Damaged in transit: Item arrived looking like it got in a fight
- Printing defect: Colors wrong, print misaligned, quality issues
- Wrong item: We sent you a hoodie instead of a tee
- Missing items: Your order wasn't complete
HOW TO GET HELP
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number
- Send photos of the issue (for damaged/defective items)
- We'll respond within 48 hours with a solution
WHAT WE'LL DO
- Reprint: We'll send you a new item for free
- Refund: If a reprint isn't possible, full refund to your original payment method
- Store credit: If you prefer, we can give you credit for a future order
SIZE ISSUES
Ordered the wrong size? Unfortunately, since items are printed on-demand, we can't exchange sizes. We highly recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Pro tip: When in doubt, size up. Our stuff runs pretty standard.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Production takes 2-5 business days. Shipping times vary by location. International orders may take longer and could be subject to customs delays. We'll provide tracking so you can stalk your package.
LOST PACKAGES
If tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't get it, check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it's truly lost, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to figure it out.
