Returns & refunds
Every shirt is printed after you order it, so we can’t take back a shirt because you changed your mind. If we got something wrong, we fix it for free.
We fix it if
- It arrived damaged. Torn, stained, or beaten up in the mail.
- The print is bad. Crooked, cracked, smudged, or the colors are clearly off.
- It’s the wrong shirt. A different design, size or color from what you ordered.
- Something’s missing. Your order showed up without everything in it.
How to get it fixed
- Email us within 30 days of your order arriving.
- Include your order number. It’s the 8-character code on your order page and in your account.
- Send a photo of the problem.
We reply within 48 hours. Once we’ve seen the photo we either reprint the shirt and send it free, or refund you in full to the card you paid with.
Wrong size
We can’t swap sizes, because each shirt is printed for its order. Drop 01 is on the Bella+Canvas 3001, which has a standard retail fit. Size up if you want it boxy.
Shipping times
We ship to the US only for now. Printing takes 3–7 business days, then the mail takes about 5–10 more. Tracking shows up on your order page and in your account as soon as it ships.
Lost packages
If tracking says delivered and you don’t have it, check with neighbors and your local post office first. Still gone? Tell us and we’ll chase it with the carrier.
