Terms
PUKE and pukedup.com are run by Alienrobot LLC. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
- You must be at least 13 to use the site.
- You don’t need an account to buy. If you make one, keep your email secure. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person per account.
Drops and orders
- Each drop is open for a limited time. When it closes, its designs are retired and we don’t reprint them.
- Prices are in US dollars. You pay at checkout, through Stripe.
- We can refuse or cancel an order, for example if a payment looks fraudulent. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
- We ship to US addresses only for now. Make sure yours is right. We can’t redirect a shirt once it has shipped.
Printing and shipping
Shirts are printed to order by our print partner, Printful. Printing usually takes 3–7 business days and delivery about 5–10 more. Those are estimates, not promises.
Returns
If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, we fix it. See the returns policy.
The designs
- The designs, photos, logos and words on this site belong to Alienrobot LLC or to the guest artists who made them.
- Buying a shirt lets you wear it. It doesn’t let you copy, reprint or sell the design.
- If you think something here copies your work, tell us and we’ll look at it right away.
Don’t
- Harass or threaten anyone
- Use stolen cards or place fraudulent orders
- Try to break into or break the site
- Scrape the site or collect data from it with bots
- Buy up a drop to resell it at inflated prices
Liability
The site and products are provided “as is.” We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the product in question.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll change the date at the top. Using the site after that means you accept the new terms.
